This joint venture project is the first investment of FIRE Capital Fund. The 139 acres township, which is master planned by
RMJM (Hong Kong), has been awarded "Mega Township" status by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Phase-I of the township is
complete and has received a tremendous response from the market. Construction work of phase-II is in full swing.
