A judicious team of experts will manage power
supply after understanding the power requirements of each building.
Meeting Water Demand
The daily water demand 4,445 KLD (16 22 425 m3/ 16,22,425 year) will be met from twenty bore wells and PHED supply.
For Group Housing, commercial malls, multiplex, food courts the water will be supplied through Hydro Pneumatic system. This system is particularly used where
number of floors is more than 2. For villas, row houses there will be provision of overhead water tank in the individual blocks.
Ecologic at IndiCity
Inorder to keep its commitment of harmony amidst inclusive growth,
IndiCity will be constructed using eco-friendly materials including PPC
cement, fly ash based light weight aerated concrete, steel, pre-cast hollow
concrete blocks, interlocking concrete blocks, composite Ferro cement, bricks,
stones, sand, hard wood, aluminum, glass, etc.
Energy efficient and environment friendly construction materials such as
gypsum plaster concrete, sand aggregate, fly ash cement, will be used.
For the welfare of workers low energy embodied materials with low emissions
will be preferred.
All items to be used in the making of IndiCity will be as
per the National Building Code 2005 Code-2005.
